New features
- Applicants tab: see everyone who applied to your guild through the Guild Finder without opening the guild window. Each applicant shows their level, class, item level, roles, specs and their message. Invite, Decline or Whisper them right from the tab. The Answered view lists applicants who were already invited or declined, and lets you invite a declined applicant again. Applicants are only available to the guild leader and officers.
- Applicant alerts: the addon checks for new applicants on a schedule you choose in Settings, from every minute to every 10 minutes. You get a chat notice with a clickable [Open Applicants] link, a sound, and a red number on the minimap button and the Applicants tab. At login, chat tells you how many applicants are waiting. Clicking the minimap button while new applicants are waiting opens the Applicants tab.
- Guild Finder Recruitment (Applicants tab): everything from the guild window's Recruitment settings, right in the addon. Turn "List my guild in the Guild Finder" on or off, pick your Focus, choose who you're Looking For (by role, or spec by spec), set the Language, edit the Recruitment Message, and set Max level only and Minimum item level. Press Repost (or Save and Repost after changes) to post it, the same as Accept in the guild window. Reposting lists your guild for another 30 days. If your guild isn't listed yet, you can create the listing here too.
- Posting expiry: the Applicants tab always shows when your Guild Finder posting expires ("Guild Finder posting expires in 11 days"), in red when 5 days or fewer are left, and tells you if it has expired, is turned off or was removed by Blizzard.
- Expiry reminder: at login, chat tells you when your Guild Finder posting expires within 5 days or has expired, with a clickable [Repost] link.
- Onboarding tab: everyone who joins the guild while you're online is added to a Recent Members list for 30 days, with their class, level, whether they're online, and how they found the guild (whispered by you or the Guild Finder). You can also add members who joined while you were away.
- Welcome messages: select a new member and press Send to Guild Chat to post your guild welcome with their name filled in, or use one of 4 saved messages to whisper them directly (for example your Discord or raid times). Each message shows when you last sent it to that member. Placeholders: {name}, {class}, {level}, {guild}.
- Join notices: when someone joins the guild, chat tells you, with a clickable [Welcome them] link that opens the Onboarding tab with that member selected.
- Stats: new Join rate column, a line showing which message works best so far (once a message has 10 or more whispers), and hovering a message shows its text.
- Post reminder (Broadcast tab): after you post to Trade or General, once the one-minute wait is over you hear a sound, chat tells you your recruiting ad is ready to post again (with an [Open Broadcast] link), and the Post button glows until you post. Can be turned off in Settings > Alerts.
- Officer Sync (Settings, off by default): share Whisper History and the Do Not Contact list with guildmates who also use Ultimate Guild Recruiter and turn it on, so nobody gets whispered twice. Players whispered by someone else show who whispered them. Message stats stay your own.
- Export and import messages (Settings > Share and Backup): copy all your whisper messages, Trade and General posts, chat macros and onboarding messages as text, and import them on another character, account or officer's game.
- Settings: a new Alerts section to choose how often to check for applicants (1 to 10 minutes), and to turn the applicant chat notice, minimap number, sound, join notices and post reminder on or off. The Settings and Stats tabs now scroll when needed.

Changes
- New icon for the addon list, the window and the minimap button.
- Open the addon with /ugr or /guildrecruiter.
- The window is wider to make room for the new tabs.

Fixes
- Minimap button: the gold ring around the button no longer shows up off-center on top of the icon when a minimap button bar or skin moves or resizes the button.
