Description
Fix achievement complet date disapper issue on zhTW client cause by blizzard's wrong localization, which happened since DF beta and keep on retail 10.2.7.
Also fix wrong font style which lost shadow offset on ahcievement describe.
this issue has been fixed in 11.0. You dont need this anymore.
修復 10.0 以後 zhTW 語系的成就介面不顯示完成日期的問題，並修正字型樣式。
成就日期消失的問題已在 11.0 修復。
zhTW only, Other language client don't need this fix.
