TustUI 1.1.21-beta.10
What's new
TustUI 1.1.21-beta.10
Thanks for trying the TustUI Quest Tracker beta. This update adds more ways to customize your tracker, improves Scenario rewards and objective layouts, and fixes a case where Blizzard's tracker could return after combat. The tracker still starts off for new users, and existing profiles keep their settings.
More control over your tracker
Choose separate colors for quest titles, objectives, completed and failed text, and your focused quest. Each appearance style remembers its own choices. You can return to the default colors with Reset Current Style.
The window's collapse button now follows changes to your UI accent without a reload. Collapse Button Color also lets you choose a custom color for each style.
New EllesmereUI-style setups use a black Gradient Down background with no visible border. Reset Current Style uses those defaults too. Your saved background and border stay as they are until you change or reset them.
Scenario rewards and objective layouts
Scenario progress bars now show Blizzard's reward icon when reward information is available. Hover a Scenario bonus-objective title outside combat to see its rewards.
Supported objective widgets follow Blizzard's layout more closely, including side-by-side rows, new rows, overlap and spacing. Wide groups fit the tracker, and taller groups remain scrollable. Each widget keeps its own tooltip and timer behavior. More native widget types remain on the list.
Fixes and feedback tools
Fixed a case where Blizzard's quest tracker could reappear after combat even with Hide Blizzard Quest Tracker enabled. Turning the beta off still restores the previous tracker state.
Beta Stuff now shows your specific beta version, installed EllesmereUI version and WoW build. Copy Build Info puts them together for a report. The checklist label and copied reports use that same beta version. Copy Current Settings includes your active tracker appearance and behavior.
Feedback now goes through the TustUI beta form. Use the testing drawers in Beta Stuff to mark checks and save notes, then export your report and submit it through the form. Choose Mark Report Sent afterward. The addon does not send anything automatically.
Still included
Arrange sections with EUI's drag list, keep the instance block above the scrolling quests, and choose automatic collapse or hide conditions. Manual controls remain available while those rules are active. Current Zone Quests filters the quest list, and the optional side drawer keeps quest items and Scenario abilities close by.
EllesmereUI, Blizzard, Classic and WoW Forever appearance choices keep separate customizations. WoW Forever's style is available on that client. This beta also includes the current TustUI 1.1.21 updates.
Getting started
Install this beta in place of your current TustUI build with EllesmereUI enabled. Open TustUI > Enhanced Quest Tracker, turn on Enable Quest Tracker Beta and choose Enable & Reload. Turning it off restores the previous EUI tracker state and preserves its settings.
Stable and beta builds share your TustUI settings. Back them up before switching, and install only one TustUI build at a time.
The tracker is close to finished, with work still in progress. This beta focuses on technical issues, native-tracker behavior and feature testing. A visual pass is planned before release. The Find Group eye can still disappear after a combat click, and native parity and compatibility testing continue.
You're welcome to use the beta without sending feedback. If you do share any, I really appreciate it. I hope you enjoy using it as much as I enjoy making it.
