Bug fixes:

Icons and cooldown bar now update appropriately when profile is changed

Exiting vehicle no longer causes a false positive for automation

Cooldown rising edge 30 sec or less are ignored (Never a valid use case for automation)

Dismounting no longer causes a false positive for automation when no active aura defined. 

Hardened logic around detecting aura expiration when active aura defined. 

Hardened retry logic around equipping after combat ends
