This is to address some edge cases where the active trinket is not being swapped back to as expected. 

Lowered quiet thresholds (when events are ignored due to prevlance of false positives) to minimize missed events

Added a verification check to ensure active trinket is equipped when automation is idle and no pending events are queued to fix edge cases when passive trinket was left equipped when the add-on was not doing anything.
