Tier-set etiquette now runs on OWNED pieces: "two pieces" means equipped or sitting in your bags, counted by distinct slot (two redeemed pieces for the same slot count once, since you can only wear one). Your exact piece count is shared with the raid over the hidden addon channel; nothing is inspected and nobody can see your bags directly, every count is self-reported by that player's own addon.

• Hovering a tier token anywhere it appears (the boss loot window, a chat link, the Adventure Guide) now shows the eligible roster: every raider of that token's armour type (whole raid for the Slumbering Coil Curio) with their exact owned count, e.g. "owns 3", "owns 1". Raiders on v1.9.0 show has/needs without a number; raiders without the addon show as no data.
• The roll-button block now carries counts too, including "(N in bags)" for anyone holding unequipped pieces.
• The Need confirmation before rolling on tier now uses the owned rule: it appears when you own two or more pieces and a raider of your armour type is known to own fewer, and it names them with their counts. It never triggers off raiders whose status is unknown.
• /bis specs shows each raider's owned count where broadcast.

New: tier-set two-piece etiquette, on by default (guild rule support). When a Venom family tier token rolls (Idol, Effigy, Relic, Remnant, Icon in all four armour variants, plus the Slumbering Coil Curio):

• Hovering the roll buttons shows who in that token's armour type already has their two-piece, who still needs it, and who there is no data for (whole raid for the Curio). Class-coloured, facts only.
• Clicking Need while you have the two-piece and a raider of your armour type is known to still need theirs brings up a confirmation naming them. Need anyway always works; the addon never blocks a roll.
• /bis tieretiquette on|off or the checkbox in Options, AddOns, TrinketSage turns both off. /bis testtier <item> previews it solo.
• All 21 token IDs and 65 class set-piece IDs were verified twice against independent primary sources before shipping.
• New, off by default: group tier preview. With /bis grouptiers on (or the Options checkbox), hovering Need or Greed on a trinket roll shows which group members that trinket is better for than you, from their broadcast loot specs, so you can pass before anyone rolls rather than after.
• TrinketSage now has a settings panel under Options, AddOns, TrinketSage covering the group preview and the Need nudge.
• Data: healer tier letters now update with QE Live's healing model between refreshes; two letters near the S/A boundary (Gebbo's Bottomless Bag for Mistweaver, Wavecaller's Seastone for Preservation Evoker) may shift between data versions as QE's sims move. Every value behind every letter is audited in the refresh report.
