Fixed: Auto-reequip triggering immediately on the first trinket use after login.

If a trinket had a residual cooldown from a previous session, the addon was incorrectly interpreting it as a fresh activation on login, causing an instant swap before the buff even had time to apply. Cooldown tracking is now properly initialized with the actual in-game values at login.
