Trigzy SSM Cart Timers v1.1.1

Fixes
- Fixed Top Turned and Lava Turned lines appearing outside Silvershard Mines after /reload or when entering other battlegrounds.
- Tightened SSM detection to use the player map ID first, with a safer fallback check.
- Fixed options window refresh calls used by several slash commands while the window is open.

Notes
- This is a small stability update on top of v1.1.0.
- Localization was intentionally deferred for a future update to avoid adding release risk.
