Changes:
- Improved Top and Lava long-path handling so carts turned Up/Long stay visually correct while the route is still resolving
- Better handling when Top or Lava is flipped multiple times before a cart fully commits to its route
- Once a cart has truly resolved onto the long path, later track swaps no longer rewrite that active cart incorrectly
- Preserved early inheritance behavior for new carts while reducing false short/long display changes during the resolve window
- Added internal resolve-zone handling for more reliable Top/Lava current-cart behavior
