Description
Trigzy Nearby Counter shows a compact friendly-vs-enemy counter for battleground and PvP situations.
The addon can count friendly players in two ways: Spell Range mode or Friendly Nameplates mode. In Spell Range mode, you choose a friendly spell from your spellbook and the addon uses that spell’s range check to count nearby friendly group members. In Friendly Nameplates mode, friendly players are counted through visible/loaded friendly nameplates.
Enemy players are counted through visible/loaded enemy nameplates. Your character is always included in the friendly count, and the display is color-coded based on which side has the nearby advantage.
Note: Enemy players require enemy nameplates to be enabled. If enemy players are very close but their nameplates are not being shown, such as enemies behind your camera view, the addon will not count them until their nameplates become visible/loaded.
Features:
• /TNC for options menu
• Friendly vs enemy player counter
• Friendly count mode: Spell Range or Friendly Nameplates
• Drag a friendly spell into the /TNC spell slot for Spell Range mode
• Enemy count uses visible/loaded enemy nameplates
• Always includes yourself as +1 friendly
• Green/red/yellow advantage coloring
• Font and outline selection with LibSharedMedia support
• Spacing and middle-text options
• Lock/unlock positioning
• Nameplate setting detection and warning
Important: enemy nameplates must be enabled for enemy counting to work correctly. Friendly nameplates are only required if using Friendly Nameplates mode. Spell Range mode requires selecting a friendly spell that returns usable range information for your class/spec.
