TransmogTokens

This addon adds two pieces of information onto the tooltips of tier tokens.
- States if you need the appearance of an item the tier token can buy.
- Tells you the location of where the tier token can be redeemed.

- Full support for Tier 4 tokens.
- Full support for Tier 5 tokens.
