Transmog Farming Order

Optimizes which classes and spec to farm first for uncollected transmog. Requires All The Things.
What's new
## Added
- **Quantum-ready** toggle in the title bar. When on, only wrists, feet, cloaks, and waists are marked, the slots you cannot get from Quantum Tokens. Select All and Uncollected follow it, and turning it on unchecks everything else.
- The window is wider to make room for the new title bar button.
## Fixed
- Cloaks with a fixed primary stat now count only for the specs that use that stat, instead of for every class. An agility cloak is 13 specs, intellect 19, strength 8. Previously every cloak was treated as loot all 40 specs could receive.
- Warfront caches keep the upgraded item (same item ID, different mod ID) instead of the base rare, including when you import the quest that awards the cache.
- An upgraded item no longer counts as collected just because you already own the base version of it.
## Changed
- `/tfo item <itemID>` now lists the primary stats read from a cloak and whether that leaves it restricted.
