Transmog Farming Order

Optimizes which classes and spec to farm first for uncollected transmog. Requires All The Things.
What's new
- Print the current farming order to chat with
/tfo calc. - One-item steps show expected kills (~N) in Advanced, the same as larger steps.
- Class loot stars remaining coverage, matching spec loot. The fastest class for this step alone is called out in the tooltip instead of taking the star.
- Tied steps (several Step 1s) count leftovers against each other, not planner order.
- Switching large imported lists no longer leaves a blank panel or another source's farming order on screen.
- Tooltips no longer say earlier steps ate leftovers when you are on Step 1. If the row shows class names, the tooltip uses class names.
- Large lists use less memory while the window is open.
