TradeLog_illson is designed to help track and automate raid loot that is awarded to guildies.

The addon does a couple of things in order to achieve this:
1) Tracks loot that is picked up. Gated by: 40-man raid instances (MC, Ony, BWL, AQ40, and Naxx) of Epic quality or higher

2) When those loot pieces are traded out, it will record it in the log.

Requirements:
Anyone that will be trading out loot needs to have this addon.

Additional feature:
Ability to push the log to someone else. So for example, The Raid Leader or Loot Master may be picking up Epic+ raid loot and trading it out, but someone else in the guild may assist with tracking the loot in a loot sheet. The trade log can be pushed to the loot "tracker". In that situation, the loot tracker must also have the addon installed, so they can receive the pushed file.

Commands:

/tl or /tradelog - shows a list of all commands

/tl loot - Prints all raid loot that has been acquired so far and who picked it up

/tl trades - Prints all raid loot that has been traded so far and who received the loot. By default, all /tl loot items are added to /tl trades with the "Unassigned" tag. This is so guildies can track raid that may have not been handed out (perhaps the RL kept it, it got disenchanted, etc).

/tl export - Pushes all /tl trades data into a text-based UI window, so the data can be copied to clipboard.

/tl push <player name> - This will push the /tl trades to another addon-user's /tl trades log. The purpose of this is so a Loot Tracker can then /tl export the data and use it for the guild's benefit. Without receiving the pushed information from the person(s) that traded out the loot, they would not have access to /tl trades, as /tl trades can only be logged by the person that hands out the loot. This code is also set to addendum (add to) the existing /tl trades log of the recipient. The purpose of this is because some guilds have multiple people holding and trading out loot. So the Loot Tracker can received more than 1 pushed /tl trades log and the data will not be overwritten, it will be added to.

Conclusion: This addon is intended to supplement Nova Raid Comanion. NRC is great for tracking raid loot and even who it gets traded to. The challenge is that NRC will only record raid-loot trades if they are done within the instance itself. So once raiders port to Ironforge or wherever they do their trading, the trades from said instance will no longer be recorded. If NRC fixes this or encorporates this method into their addon, this addon will happily become obsolete.
