Trade Board quietly watches your realm's Trade channel and turns the endless stream of WTS/WTB spam into two organized lists — Offers (what people are selling) and Requests (what people are buying) — so you can find deals and customers at a glance.
Features
- Two live boards — one for Offers (WTS) and one for Requests (WTB), each grouped by item so every posting for the same item sits together.
- Smart detection — recognizes items, enchants and spells from chat links, plus common keywords and abbreviations (WTS, WTB, LF, selling, buying …) in 10 client languages. WTB/WTS/LFW are matched anywhere in the message, not just at the start.
- One click to whisper — click any entry to instantly whisper the seller or buyer.
- Live timers — every post shows how long ago it was made, updated in real time. Stale entries expire automatically after an hour, so the board never gets cluttered.
- No duplicates — the same player posting the same item again just refreshes their timestamp instead of piling up.
- Filter & search — narrow the board by profession, category or a text search to find exactly what you need.
- Enchanting & Jewelcrafting service posts — freeform "Ench LFW!" / "JC LFW!" posts without item links are still caught and shown under a dedicated Enchanting / Jewelcrafting entry.
- Persistent — the board survives
/reload and logout, stored per realm and faction.
- Lightweight — no per-message spam, memory stays bounded, and it locks onto your Trade channel automatically (custom, LFG and layer channels are ignored).
Usage
- Type
/tb to open or close the board.
- A minimap button toggles it too.
Works with Profession Master
Trade Board is a standalone addon, but if you also run Profession Master the two integrate seamlessly: the Requests and Offers boards appear as tabs right inside the Profession Master window, and item detection uses ProfessionMaster's full profession database for accurate icons, tooltips and profession/category filters.
