Remove and further calls of math with secret unit resource variables.

Remove excess calls to update buffs for Party and TargetTarget.
Fix TargetTarget buffs/debuffs.

Disabled: 

xpHigh:UNIT_HEAL_PREDICTION, TPerl_SetExpectedHots

These functions cannot be saved.

 

Also removed all player based filtering of buffs on others for now.
Working on not showing others buffs if the conf setting is not set but for now thats in progress.

Guarded UnitHealthPercentage in the sole allowed pcall. If it fails it will nil and that units percent display will likely be blank. The HP bar will be locked green color. I am investigating options.

I am sure there is more I am forgetting.
