Update TargetTarget buff/debuff size to be roughly 5 bigger. Note the size scales with the Target Settings and TargetTarget Scale.

Fixed Realm error. Its just appending as is. Hopefully if no realm or it cant get it the return is just a blank string or this might cause issues later.
