Implement SirJustWaitAMoment's fix for Compound Tokens in TargetTarget.lua

Fix newHP issues in TargetTarget.lua

Made barColours global instead of a local and declared at the start of TPerl.lua. Hopefully that works or I will stick a copy of it in the problem function.

 

Also: Fix extra ) symbol. Oops...
