Fixed

• A Touch of the Grave proc that kills your last mob is now counted and starts the cooldown. Before, it could be ignored because combat ended just before the proc arrived.
• Proc chance per swing no longer shows n/a for wands, ranged weapons or melee weapons when the game hides weapon speed during combat. The addon now uses the last speed it could read.
• Dual wield is detected from your equipped weapons, so it’s recognized correctly in combat.
