Earth Shield Tracking

• Fixed Earth Shield ownership detection incorrectly treating another Shaman's shield as the player's.
• Player-cast Earth Shields on nearby non-group targets are now prioritized through combat-log ownership tracking.
• Foreign Earth Shields on unrelated units are ignored instead of activating the tracker.
• Foreign Earth Shields on the player's remembered target continue to be identified as overwrites.
• Fixed stale Earth Shield activity persisting after logout and login.
• Live Earth Shield charges, ownership, overwrite status, and aura identifiers now reset at login and are rediscovered from current auras or new casts.
• The remembered Earth Shield target remains available for click actions without being treated as an active shield.
