In previous version 3.1.1 adjusted targeting validation because of a rare situation, zero group targeting was sometimes reported when greater than zero was expected. But the 3.1.1 changes did not solve the issue.

To try and resolve this issue in 3.1.2:
- Moved the group type detection up and out of the group loop, as it should have been.
- Swapped UnitIsEnemy to UnitCanAttack in player's target/focus validation.
- Removed canaccessvalue from the group unit validation.
