- Concept Change: The big changes to WoW's API for Midnight expansion, required TopTarget to be changed from highlighting the MOST TARGETED nameplate by your group, to highlighting YOUR CURRENT TARGET's nameplate when it's TARGETED by your group. The addon can also no longer detect the range of group members, so it's counting ALL valid group members targeting your target. That makes TopTarget less accurate than before Midnight, but it is generally accurate enough.
- Adjusted: TopTarget is now a PvP only addon. In settings, the "Situations" that the addon can be enabled for, have been reduced to PvP only; World, Battlegrounds, and Arenas.
- Removed: Icons and settings for player's target, targeted with lowest hp, lowest mana, and raid marked player's "priority" target are removed.
- Adjusted: There is now only one icon in TopTarget, displayed on your current target's nameplate. You can choose an icon style from 42 styles in the settings. The icon is displayed and is white when 1 or more group members are targeting your target. The icon is red, when the number of group members targeting your target reaches a priority target threshold that you choose in the settings (see below).
- Added: Setting for "Priority Target". Select the number of group members that are targeting your target to trigger the red icon/counter.
- Added: Count frame, off by default, enabled in settings. Displays the count of group members targeting your target. The number is white or red as described above. When first enabled, the frame is initially centered on screen. Hold down keyboard SHIFT and LEFT mouse button drag middle of the count frame to move it. RIGHT mouse button press to hide the count frame. Thereafter, it will only be displayed when you are grouped and targeting an enemy player. You can customize the counter size, opacity, font, outline, and shadow in settings.
- Added: More nameplate target icon styles have been added, bringing the total styles to 42.
