"/tipsy" to move and scale the tooltip
"/tipsy reset" to restore default settings
Scales all tooltips, and allows you to move the GameTooltip that displays at the BottomRight of the screen.
The anchor can dock and snap with bars from the addon Dominos, for easy UI balance!
