1.7 - Smart PARRY Alerts and Voice Warning Options

• Added Smart PARRY options to suppress PARRY text and sound while solo, and while assigned the Tank role through the in-game group role tool.
• Smart PARRY state updates when joining or leaving a group, or when your assigned role changes, with a brief TMR chat message when PARRY notifications switch on or off. The goal here is to give you the notifications when they are most valuable, and hide them when you don't.
• Added two more conservative/normal sound effects to use with the combat notifications: TURN and FACING with a female voice.
• Updated default TURN sound selection to Female: Facing. PARRY default sound remains MGS Alert.
• Refined default combat-warning behavior: PARRY is enabled only while grouped and disabled while assigned Tank. TURN remains available in all contexts.
• Kept TURN and PARRY sounds disabled by default, so audio remains opt-in.
• Simplified /tmr and /tmr help into a concise command list while preserving existing advanced commands for compatibility.
