What's new
TomoModForever 1.2.1
1.2.1 expands the Adventure toolkit with four major quality-of-life additions. Get warned before your bags fill up, see which class spells are waiting at your trainer, explore all WoW: Forever dungeons through the new Dungeon Codex, and track Hunter pet happiness directly on the Pet Frame.
Adventure — Bag Space
[NEW] Added a new Adventure > Bag Space module that warns you when your regular bags are nearly full.
[NEW] The warning appears as an animated Forever-style banner with a filling progress bar and live bag-space percentage.
[NEW] When your configured threshold is exceeded, the bag icon begins to shake and the border pulses orange. When your bags are completely full, the warning turns red.
[CHANGED] The banner fades automatically after a few seconds, but its timer pauses while your mouse is over it.
[NEW] The alert shows your free slots, total usable slots, number of grey items and the combined vendor value of those grey items.
[CHANGED] Only bags capable of holding normal loot are counted. Specialized containers such as quivers, ammo pouches and Soul Bags are excluded.
Bag Space — Smart Alerts
[NEW] If your bags are already near full when logging in, TomoModForever warns you shortly after the loading screen so you can sell or clear space before heading out.
[CHANGED] This login warning is not repeated after a simple /reload.
[NEW] While playing, an alert appears when looting pushes your bags past the configured threshold and again when the final free slot is filled.
[CHANGED] Alerts automatically re-arm once you free enough bag space.
[CHANGED] Alerts triggered during combat wait until combat ends before appearing.
Bag Space — Customization
[NEW] Configure the warning threshold from 50% to 100%, with 90% as the default.
[NEW] Display duration, banner size, warning sound and grey-item information can all be customized.
[NEW] Left-click the banner to open your bags.
[NEW] Right-click the banner to dismiss it immediately.
[NEW] The Bag Space banner can be repositioned through TomoLayout / Move Mode.
Adventure — Class Trainer Reminder
[NEW] Added a new Adventure > Trainer Reminder module.
[NEW] After leveling up, a small panel can show the class abilities currently waiting for you at your trainer.
[NEW] Each entry displays the spell icon, name, rank and training price.
[NEW] The panel also shows the total cost of everything currently available, highlighted in red when you cannot afford the complete set.
[CHANGED] Up to eight abilities are displayed directly. Additional abilities are summarized with a + N more entry.
Trainer Reminder — Learned From Your Trainer
[NEW] TomoModForever learns your class trainer's spell list whenever you visit one.
[NEW] Future trainable abilities and their required levels are remembered for that character.
[CHANGED] After the first trainer visit, each level-up can immediately show which abilities have just become available.
[NEW] Before your first trainer visit, an optional generic reminder can appear on even-numbered levels.
[CHANGED] Profession and pet trainers are ignored.
[CHANGED] The remembered list updates after purchasing abilities, including purchases made with Train All.
Trainer Reminder — Login & Display Options
[NEW] The reminder can also appear at login when untrained class abilities are waiting.
[CHANGED] The reminder automatically hides when you speak to your class trainer.
[NEW] A configurable delay controls how long the panel remains visible. Setting it to 0 keeps it visible until you visit the trainer.
[NEW] Right-click dismisses the reminder manually.
[CHANGED] Notifications triggered during combat wait until combat ends.
[NEW] Trainer Reminder can be repositioned through TomoLayout / Move Mode.
Adventure — Dungeon Codex
[NEW] Introducing the new Dungeon Codex, available from Adventure > Dungeon Codex or with /codex.
[NEW] The Codex covers 35 dungeon entries across 28 instances, including separately listed wings, spanning levels 13 to 60.
[NEW] Dungeon entries use the current WoW: Forever level ranges, with the 9 new Forever dungeons clearly identified.
Dungeon Codex — Find Dungeons for Your Level
[NEW] The My Level view shows dungeons appropriate for your current level as well as those within two nearby levels.
[NEW] The All view displays the complete dungeon list.
[NEW] Each dungeon entry includes its level range, zone and faction-related travel information.
[NEW] A warning appears when the dungeon is located in territory controlled by the opposite faction.
[NEW] Each entry provides a step-by-step route appropriate to your faction.
[NEW] Dedicated buttons can place a Waypoint at the dungeon entrance or open the corresponding zone map.
Dungeon Codex — Entrances & Waypoints
[CHANGED] Dungeon entrances use Forever-specific locations when confirmed. Otherwise, their known Classic position is used and clearly marked as approximate.
[CHANGED] Krol'dok Stronghold, Blackmaw Hold and Shaper's Terrace do not yet have confirmed entrance positions.
[CHANGED] Zone lookup automatically adapts when the client's current map data differs from the expected Classic map information.
Dungeon Codex — Entrance Calibration
[NEW] Added optional calibration commands for correcting or recording dungeon entrances directly in-game.
[NEW] /codex set <key> saves the dungeon entrance at your current position.
[NEW] Additional commands are available through /codex here, /codex missing, /codex keys and /codex reset <key>.
[NEW] An optional chat notification can tell you when leveling up brings a new dungeon within reach.
Pet Frame — Hunter Pet Happiness
[NEW] Hunter Pet Frames can now display a dedicated Pet Happiness indicator next to the health bar.
[NEW] The indicator uses Blizzard's familiar Happy, Content and Unhappy faces.
[NEW] The icon border changes color to match the current happiness state.
[CHANGED] TomoModForever provides its own happiness indicator because Blizzard's original face disappears when the default Pet Frame is replaced.
[CHANGED] Pet happiness remains compatible with Forever's protected pet-resource system without exposing the underlying value.
Pet Happiness — Diet & Position
[NEW] Hovering the happiness indicator displays your pet's diet information.
[NEW] The happiness icon can be repositioned through TomoLayout / Move Mode.
[CHANGED] While Move Mode is active, the icon is displayed in its Happy state to make positioning easier.
[NEW] Pet Happiness can be disabled entirely from the Pet settings page.
[NEW] Added /tm pethappy as a diagnostic command for cases where the happiness icon cannot determine a visible state.
Group Manager — Combat Safety
[FIXED] Clicking the skinned Group Manager side tab during combat no longer triggers an ADDON_ACTION_BLOCKED error.
[CHANGED] The custom tab remains visual while Blizzard's native secure control handles the actual click.
[CHANGED] The clickable area has been adjusted so the custom tab remains easy to use.
Reputation Bar & Fast Loot
[FIXED] Fixed an issue where Reputation Bar and Fast Loot could stop responding to their settings after their interface frames had been created.
[FIXED] Reputation Bar locking in TomoLayout / Move Mode now continues to work correctly.
