TomoDamageMeter-2.7.9-Release.zip
What's new
2.7.9
- Fixed — The TDM minimap button now sits on the same ring as every other minimap icon, instead of orbiting slightly outside the visible edge. Square minimaps are handled too, and dragging is accurate at any UI scale.
2.7.7
- Fixed — The combat timer no longer stays on screen on Interrupts, Dispels and Deaths windows after a
/reload. It is shown on DPS and HPS windows only, as intended, and the settings label says so.
2.7.4
- Fixed — Turning class colours off now returns meter rows to your skin's own accent instead of leaving them on the class-colour palette. Windows repaint immediately — no reload needed.
- Fixed — Settings saved by earlier versions of class-colour mode are repaired on load. If no trustworthy original colour can be recovered, TDM restores the current skin's native accent.
- Changed — The active section in the settings navigation now has a red label as well as a red background, so it reads at a glance.
2.7.3
- Fixed — Use Class Color permanently overwrote your saved accent colour. Enabling it now colours player and spell rows by class without touching what you had, and disabling it restores your accent immediately.
- Fixed — The combat timer is now a proper capsule in the header. Left and Right move it for real rather than only changing its text alignment, the header reserves room for it even at the 300px minimum width, and it shows
00:00while waiting for a duration instead of disappearing. - New — Show the YOU tag on my row in General settings, off by default for a cleaner row.
- Changed — Settings checkboxes and sliders are drawn in the TDM red treatment instead of the stock Blizzard look. The settings interface stays independent of your meter skin.
2.7.2
- Fixed — A Lua error when opening a meter window on patch 12B, and the same error waiting to happen in the analysis windows.
2.7.1
- Changed — Every analysis window now belongs to the same interface family as the redesigned main meter: Spell Breakdown, Target and Segment Breakdown, Death Recap, Run Recap and its Performance panel, Run History and Pull Compare. Shared frame glow, header sheen, accent cap, a contextual badge naming the window's function, and a subtle watermark.
- Changed — Compact buttons get a consistent dark surface with an accent underline and hover state; large interactive rows get a restrained alternating card surface; scrollbars pick up the accent.
- Note — Purely additive. The analysis modules themselves are untouched, and styling is applied only once their own display logic has finished.
2.7.0
- Changed — The live meter window has been rebuilt as a new structure rather than another skin pass. A 48px product header carries the logo, category badge, meter type, session selector and combat timer, and the header actions — Settings, Target Breakdown, Spell Breakdown, Lock, Report, Reset — are now visible button cards.
- Changed — Player rows are rebuilt around dedicated rank blocks, spec-icon cards, cleaner class-coloured fills and a clearer split between primary and secondary values, with restrained podium styling for the top three and a compact
YOUmarker for you. Spell rows now nest visually under their player. - Note — Everything is preserved: all 11 meter types, Current / Previous Fight / Overall sessions, Spell Breakdown, Advanced Spell Details, Target Breakdown, Death Recap, reports, and the whole multi-window layout with its snapping, dragging, resizing, lock state and saved positions.
2.6.0
- New — Spell tooltips can now show the game's detailed breakdown when it is available: unit name, class, classification, the amount attributed to that unit and its share of the selected spell.
- New — Pets, creatures and elite, rare or world-boss classifications are identified directly in the tooltip.
- Changed — The existing tooltip is kept as it was; the detail block is appended underneath. Spell rows shown inline under a player get the same tooltip.
- Note — Details are looked up only when you hover, then cached. Unreadable values are skipped rather than displayed wrong.
2.5.0
- New — Two meter modes: Damage Done and Healing Done, reported as cumulative totals rather than rates. DPS and HPS stay first in their categories, so cycling behaves as before.
- New — A Previous Fight session, available everywhere the session selector is. Cycling is now Current → Previous Fight → Overall.
2.4.1
- Fixed — Meter skins no longer recolour the settings panel, which keeps its TDM Red identity whatever skin you use.
- Changed — General settings are reorganized into two columns so the page fits without scrolling at normal UI sizes, and scrollbars only appear when content actually overflows.
2.4.0
Pull Compare
- New — Compare any two completed combat segments side by side. Pick an A and a B segment from two independent selectors, each labelled with boss or trash and its duration, with quick swap and refresh controls.
- New — Damage and Healing modes compare normalized per-second output player by player, with A, B and a percentage delta on every row.
- New — Click any player to drill into a spell-by-spell comparison across the same two segments.
- New — A Compare shortcut in Target Breakdown, plus
/tdm pullsand/tdm comparefor direct access. - Note — The tool only reads historical segments when you open or refresh it. No combat listener, ticker or polling loop is added.
2.3.0
Run History
- New — A dedicated history browser for your stored runs, opened with
/tdm history. Navigate dungeon by dungeon and filter by keystone level, or show every level at once. - New — Up to 10 runs per dungeon are listed with date, key level, duration, DPS, HPS, interrupts, deaths and avoidable damage.
- New — Select any two runs as A and B to compare every tracked metric side by side. Delta colours understand direction: more DPS, HPS and interrupts is good, fewer deaths and less avoidable damage is good, and so is a shorter run.
- New — The window remembers its position across reloads.
Performance Panel
- New — A View history button on the Performance card, which opens history already showing the dungeon from the run you were looking at.
2.2.0
Meter Rows
- Changed — Player rows now have a dedicated rank column instead of leaving the name to carry the whole visual hierarchy. The top three ranks get restrained medal colours while names stay high-contrast.
- Changed — Values follow a clearer hierarchy: primary rate, secondary total, muted percentage. Player rows gain a very low-alpha highlight; inline spell rows stay deliberately quieter.
- Fixed — The pinned self row now shows your real ranking from the full session.
Run Compare
- New — A personal-performance card attached above Run Recap, comparing the current run with up to five previous runs on the same map: Current, Average of 5, Best and Delta.
- New — Tracks DPS, HPS, interrupts, deaths, avoidable damage and completion time, with delta colours that know which direction counts as improvement.
- Changed — Run Recap scoreboard names now include their ranking number.
2.1.3
Visual Polish
- Changed — Meter windows, Spell Breakdown, Target Breakdown, Death Recap, Run Recap and the settings panel now share one visual language: a red and chrome top edge, a subtle frame glow, a header separator and a low-alpha TDM watermark.
- Changed — Buttons gain a subtle metallic sheen, and dashboard cards a restrained gloss with a red top accent.
- Note — Non-TDM skins keep their own accent colour rather than being forced to red. Decorations are drawn once per window, with no animation loop.
2.1.2
Branding
- New — An official red, white and chrome TDM identity, with icon variants at every size used in game.
- Changed — The minimap button now uses a dedicated round TDM icon instead of a Blizzard spell icon, and drops the redundant tracking border and text overlay — the artwork brings its own ring.
- Changed — The addon list and Addon Compartment now show the same TDM identity, and the settings header displays the logo instead of a plain text label.
2.1.1
Minimap Button
- New — A TDM minimap button. Left click opens settings; right click opens a quick menu with settings, show/hide meters, lock/unlock all, reset combat data and Run Recap.
- New — Drag it anywhere around the minimap; the position survives reloads and follows minimap size changes automatically. Scale is adjustable from 70% to 150%.
- New — A Minimap page in settings with show/hide, scale and restore-position controls. Hiding the button is always recoverable, from the interface or from Blizzard's Addon Compartment.
Addon Compartment
- New — TDM now appears in Blizzard's Addon Compartment. Left click opens settings, right click toggles all meter windows.
2.1.0
New Interface
- New — A completely rebuilt settings interface with a red and white TDM identity and left-hand navigation.
- New — A Dashboard showing meter visibility, active window count, active skin and a live window overview, with quick actions to show/hide all meters, lock/unlock all windows, reset combat data and open Run Recap.
- New — A Windows page managing all five meter windows from one place: add or remove, meter type, session and lock state. Appearance, General and Reports each get their own page.
Visual Identity
- Changed — The default dark preset is now TDM Red: charcoal surfaces, white text, red accent. If you were still on the old green accent you are migrated once to the new default; a colour you chose yourself is left alone.
- Fixed — Disabling the pinned self bar now hides it immediately.
2.0.10
Meter Data
- Fixed — Damage rows no longer disappear. The meter used to clear itself before checking that the new data was valid, so a single bad read blanked the display; the last valid snapshot now stays on screen instead. A real reset or a meter/session change still clears immediately, so stale numbers can never show under a different view.
Windows & Performance
- Fixed —
/tdm togglenow shows or hides the whole meter deterministically, instead of flipping each window independently. The state persists across reloads. - Changed — Hidden windows no longer do refresh work during combat. They are brought up to date once when combat ends, so a hidden meter still has a current snapshot the moment you show it.
- Changed — The combat timer and the actions ticker now run only when a visible window actually needs them.
