New "Categories" section in the settings panel (General tab) with toggles for each meter category:

• Damage (DPS, Damage Taken, Avoidable, Enemy Damage)
• Healing (HPS, Absorbs)
• Actions (Interrupts, Dispels, Deaths)

Uncheck "Actions" and it will be completely removed from the header cycling, the meter type dropdown, and any window currently showing an Actions type will automatically switch back to DPS.
