[Bug Fixes]
- Fixed the equipment logic for the Maxed gear panel: The original logic searched both Titan_bislists and Maxed_bislists during backtracking, which caused slot -1 to potentially inherit from the previous phase's Maxed panel, meaning the equipment would never update with the phase. It has now been changed to inherit only from Titan_bislists (BIS), ensuring that the Maxed gear for each phase is the BIS1 of that phase's BIS panel, and the equipment updates normally with the phase.
  - Both showedFrame (panel open) and updateMaxedFrame (panel update) have been fixed.
- Fixed the issue where 15 talents for Rogues, Priests, Hunters,arlocks, and Warriors starting from P5 were missing the ranged slot (slot 15) on the Maxed gear panel:
  - Corrected the name of slot14 from "Relic" to "Off hand".
  - Added the missing slot 15 "Ranged" (Ranged/Wand/Relic).
  - Removed duplicate definitions for the P5 phase in the data files.
