TitanBistooltip is a BIS (Best-in-Slot) query addon for the "Titan's Rest" World of Warcraft server.ered around a comprehensive BIS database for all classes, it helps players quickly understand the optimal gear, enchants, and gems for their current specialization across various phases.

Building upon the core, the addon also integrates practical features such as gear recommendations, equipment ranking prompts, WS gear scoring, talent recommendations, and gear effect tips, making it a one-stop tool players aiming for end-game gear.

Main Features:

1. BIS Gear Panel: A list of Best-in-Slot (BIS) gear for all classes and special across all phases, including recommended enchants and gems.
2. BIS Gear Rank Tooltip: Displays the gear's rank in the BIS list within the tooltip when hovering over an item
3. Gear Set Recommendations: Provides complete recommended gear sets by phase, which can be directly referenced or imported.
4. WS Gear Scoring System: Converts gear stats into unified score based on static weights for each class/specialization, allowing for easy horizontal comparison of multiple items; supports custom weight baselines for each class.
5. Talent Recommendations View talent schemes for each class/specialization in a talent tree grid, with one-click application to primary/secondary talent groups.
6. Gear Effect Tooltips: Explan and scores for trinket, weapon, and legendary item effects, identifying class-specific trinkets.
7. Enchant / Gem Database: Recommended enchants and gems for each specialization all phases.
8. Stat Percentage Display: Converts character stat values into percentages (Hit/Crit/Haste, etc.) to facilitate stat benefit evaluation.

Quick Start:

- Open the panel: Enter the command `/bis` or `/titanbistooltip`, or click the T icon on the minimap- Left-click the minimap button: Open the BIS panel
