[Bug Fixes]
- Fixed the issue the Mage Arcane talent P4 BiS panel did not inherit BiS gear: In maxed/Mage/Arcane.lua, P4 data was incorrectly filled with P3 item IDs instead of -1, preventing the gear inheritance logic from triggering. All have been changed to -1, and the P4 panel now correctly inherits gear from Bi P4.
- Fixed the issue where the Mage Arcane talent P5~P11 BiS panels were missing the "Ranged" wand slot and had an incorrect for slot 14:
  - Corrected the name of slot 14 from "Relic" to "Off hand" for all phases, and added the missing 15 "Ranged" slot for P5~P11.
[Feature Optimizations]
- Intelligently adjust the position of the gear comparison frame (Tooltip): The system's default comparison frame does not follow the main tooltip's animated position, causing it to block the BiS panel. Added an OnUpdate to continuously monitor position of ShoppingTooltip1/2, automatically positioning the comparison frame on the opposite side of the main tooltip based on the right edge of GameTooltip. Monitoring automatically stops when the comparison is hidden to avoid wasting performance.
