Titan Panel [Recap]

This small plug in for Titan Panel takes numbers from Recap, such as individual and group DPS, and passes them to Titan Panel for display. It also allows Titan Panel to mirror the Recap status icon, and allows the player to use Titan Panel to hide and reveal the Recap panels.
