Fixed the tooltips (hopefully)...

If the Tooltips are transparent, delete/reset the settings (WTF folder).

If the background/border has weird padding and texture, change them in options (backdrop menu) also tweak the edge size and insets....

If nothing works, then try to apply my built-in style at the layouts menu templates (TipTac DaMaGepy style)
