Helps prevent tilting in rated PvP by hiding ratings.
Get out of your head, hit queue and don't worry about the rating, it will come :)
Features:
- Hides Rating/Tier on the Rated PVP Queue page.
- Hides rating gains/losses after rated games.

Known Issue:
- On first logging in, the "Rated" and "Premade Groups" buttons will be grayed out. Click the "Fix grayed out queues" button to fix this problem.
- Does not currently hide rating gain or loss on Battleground Blitz or the corresponding tooltip that displays rating.
