## ✨ What changed

- **Wider settings:** 840 × 650 layout, grouped into Display & controls and Warnings, with aligned headings and clearer help.
- **Direct selections:** Role (Automatic, Tank, Healer, DPS) and visibility (Always or Dungeons/Raids only) use dark selection fields with round gold indicators.
- **Native buttons:** restored WoW button hover effects with white hover text.
- **Clear introduction:** a simple settings heading explains threat tracking and aggro warnings.
- **Localized changelog:** a dedicated scrollable tab lists recent release highlights in the selected addon language.
- **Language selection:** 16 languages, flags, radio indicators and a saved Automatic option that follows the game language. The side-tab flag updates immediately.
- **Design gallery:** six clickable previews — Forever, Dark & flat, Ember, Frost, Alliance and Horde.
- **Faction themes:** Alliance and Horde use the Forever frame and the supplied faction artwork inside the meter body, with no logo in the title.
- **Nameplate previews:** illustrated choices show position and number format; a combined sample also reflects font size.

## 📦 Update

Extract the `ForeverThreatMeter` folder into `Interface/AddOns`. Restart WoW on first installation or use `/reload` after updating. Open `/ftm settings`; use `/ftm test` for sample threat rows.

## ✅ Validation

Lua 5.1 mock tests, seven-page settings checks across all 16 languages, localized font coverage and package/installation integrity checks passed. The ZIP matches the source and installed files byte-for-byte. Visual presentation, native sounds and live combat require in-game verification; automated tests simulate the WoW API.
