TGE Quest Database

TGE Quest Database is the required data provider for The Great Expedition's Quest Ledger.

It contains normalized Classic quest records used to determine:

Which quests may be available to a character.

Which quests may unlock soon.

Quest-start NPCs and objects.

Quest-start locations.

Quest turn-in NPCs and objects.

Quest turn-in locations.

Level, faction/race, class, prerequisite, exclusivity, profession, reputation, and related conditions where present in the source data.

The provider contains no independent gameplay UI, no objective markers, no objective mob or item locations, no routes, and no automation. It exposes a small read-only provider API used by The Great Expedition.

Verification status

All initial records are marked Database-derived. The Great Expedition records live quest interactions and exchanges compact evidence reports between guild clients. The Gotge Guild Master can aggregate those reports in this addon's SavedVariables for review and correction in later releases.

Reports never rewrite the distributed database automatically.

This project is distributed separately under GPL-3.0-or-later. The initial data is derived from Questie v11.33.2 quest, NPC, and object data. Copyright remains with Questie and its respective contributors. See LICENSE and NOTICE.md inside the package.

The Great Expedition is a separate project and is not included in this package.
