TBC Raid Calls 1.13.0

This release adds a dedicated raid-wide buff planner and strengthens live synchronization between raid leaders and assistants.

Raid-wide Buff Assignments

• Build reusable buff and utility calls that are independent of the selected raid and boss.
• Search the combined live and Raid-Helper roster by player name or class.
• Select a player, then click the desired Caster or optional Receiver field.
• Add clickable class spells through the shared spell picker.
• Review caster, receiver, custom text, spell icons, and spell tooltips in the live summary.
• Announce using the main Raid Chat or Raid Warning selection in <Caster> <custom text> <receiver> format.
• Resize the window from either bottom corner; the chosen size is saved.

Portable sharing

• Export and import Raid Buff assignments through portable !TBCR:1: strings.
• Choose Raid Buffs only, combine it with other individual scopes, or include it through Complete Setup.
• Complete Setup automatically clears and disables the individual scope checkboxes.
• Improved the export selection panel background for readability.

Synchronization improvements

• Added throttled addon-message delivery with acknowledgements and targeted retries.
• Partial transfers are preserved so missing pieces can continue arriving without rejoining the raid.
• Share distinguishes pending, current, superseded, and conflicting receiver revisions.
• Sender and receiver progress remains visible as SYNC: x out of x until synchronization finishes.

Fixes

• Fixed valid synchronized updates sometimes appearing only after the recipient left and rejoined the raid.
• Added a clear chat notice and highlighted UPDATE! button for pending incoming setups.
• Fixed recent raid-role changes temporarily rejecting valid synchronization traffic.
• Fixed routine refreshes replacing synchronization progress or pending-update information.
• Fixed the Raid Buffs assignment header and controls disappearing after reopening or raising the popup.

No user-facing feature was removed in this release.
