Fixed:
    TOC file was listed as development build on accident.

Fixed:
    Settings not saving bug. The settings should now save correctly. (No, really this time!)
    InParty/InRaid/InInstance/InBG now work correctly
    WhisperNonTank now works correctly post 6.0
    
Changed:
    Rewrote the core trigger system from the ground up
    Rewrote the Saved Variables system into a single database array with prefixing to help alleviate taint.
    
Other Notes:
    I marked this as version "a" because I didn't include any of the NEW v1.1.6 features like spell links and player coloring, etc, as I wanted to push out a fully functioning fix to the current version first.
    Requested features are still on their way and are being worked on!
