Updated TOC code for 7.0 (70000)
Fixed:
    TTR_DB not saving
        Changed TTR_DB to local
        Added new global TTR_DBX to saved variables
    Ignore List buttons on options menu now work properly
    Fixed a couple LUA errors brought about by 7.0.3 (rare errors noted by a couple friends)
    Death Grip now triggers properly (Blizzard changed the Spell ID of the taunting death grip)
