Added:
    New Function:
        Ignore Player (/ttr ig | /ttr ignore): Ignores currently selected target player or pet. Removes them from the list if already on it.
        Ignore Player Reset (/ttr igre | /ttr ignorereset): Clears the Ignored Players list.
        Ignore Player List (/ttr iglist | /ttr ignorelist): Lists all currently ignored players.
        
            There is currently only a chat box list of ignored units.
        
Changed:
    Pet taunt messages sent to public chat now have the pet owner in parentheses.
        Example: Growl used to taunt Creature by Petname (Huntername)
