Taunt Tattle Rehashed

Fixed:
It would not tattle if In Party mode was enabled if the player was not in a party. Now it does (but only your own taunts)

Added:
It now displays in the root /ttr menu whether an option is on or off.
It now filters whether a Death Knight uses Death Grip with or without Tranquil Grip glyph. It will not tattle if the glyph is present.

Hunter (Pet): Growl
Shaman: Unleash Elements - Rockbiter
