This is an addon that displays a text above the target frame. It can display classes, creature types, factions and reaction to quickly determine if the target is friendly or hostile.. The text can also display different colors such as class colors.
The options are quite self-explanatory but I'll give some info about each settings just in case.
Text
The text can display different values. Very useful if you want to quickly see if the target is friendly or hostile, Alliance or Horde or what creature type it is.
Text Class:
Changes the text to the target's class. If an NPC is targeted then it will show the target mob type.
Text Creature:
Changes the text to the target's creature type, Humanoid, Beast, Demon... etc.
Text Faction:
Changes the text to the target's faction. Alliance, Horde or Neutral.
Text Reaction:
Changes the text to the target's reaction. Friendly, Hostile or Neutral. Note that if a player of the opposite faction is targeted, it will say (Hostile) even if the player is not flagged for PvP.
Colors
You can choose what color the text should be. I recommend using the same color as the text value. But any color can be chosen for any text type.
Color Class:
Changes the text color to the target's class. If an NPC is targeted it can also show what color class it is. Typically if the NPC is a melee it will show a warrior class color and if it's a spell caster then a mage class color.
Color Faction:
Changes the text to blue if the target is factioned to the Alliance and red if Horde. Neutral factions will be yellow.
Color Reaction:
Changes the text to green if the target mob is Friendly, red if Hostile and yellow if Neutral.
Recommendations
I recommend using color "Reaction" and text "Creature" when leveling. And use color "Class" and text "Class" for PvP.
