Adds a minimap button for Recount to quickly toggle the main window and config.

Description
This addon will add a minimap button for Recount to quickly open the main window and config. You can also reset and pause the meter via the minimap button to reduce the amount of buttons needed on the meter. The button has a dynamic icon that will display red, green or blue depending what state Recount is in.
Instructions:
Left-click: Toggles the main window.
Right-click: Shows the config window.
Shift+left-click: Resets the meter.
Alt+left-click: Pauses the meter.
I made this addon because having to type "/recount toggle" every time was a little bit annoying!
NOTE! Original Recount addon by Resike is required.
