• The mouse wheel zooms the camera in combat again. To cast with the wheel over your frames mid-fight, the addon has to hold the wheel from the pull to the end (the game won't let addons change bindings during a fight), and until now that meant it did nothing anywhere else. Away from your frames, a wheel tick now does what it's bound to in your Key Bindings: camera zoom, or paging the chat. Over your frames it still works as you set it.
