Brewmaster Celestial Brew and Celestial Infusion: the absorb cap was wrong, and is now fixed and verified in game.

What happened: v1.21.2 made the cap match the number on the Celestial Brew spell tooltip. That was the mistake. The spell tooltip prints the base absorb WITHOUT your damage-done Versatility, which the game adds when the shield is actually placed, so the real shield is larger than the tooltip says. Matching the tooltip made the addon under-rate your Celestial absorb by about a quarter at every gear level.

If you play Brewmaster, v1.21.2 and v1.21.3 were reading your Celestial cap roughly 25% too low. This release corrects it.

The cap is calculated again rather than tooltip-matched, and the coefficient is calibrated against a real measured shield at level 30 rather than against the tooltip. It will read higher than the in-game spell tooltip. That is correct and intended, and the Celestial tooltips in the addon now explain why.

Also fixed: the Celestial tooltips inside the addon were still quoting a pre-patch coefficient from before the 12.1 changes.

No changes for the other five specs.

Note on saved snapshots: the survival model changed, so Brewmaster snapshots saved on an older version will be flagged as stale. Resave them.
