    Fix Incompatible flag by listing both 12.0.7 and 12.1.0 interfaces (1.0.3)

    The previous 1.0.2 bump set Interface to 120100 (12.1.0) only, but the
    live client is still on 12.0.7 (build 12.0.7.68974) as of this release.
    A toc with a single, newer-than-client Interface number makes WoW mark
    the addon Incompatible. Listing both versions comma-separated (matching
    TomTom's approach) keeps it working now and after 12.1.0 ships.
