Added PvP timer display to infoFrame.  Added capability to change info panel colors.  Re-added external LDB library to distribution archive and corrected it's file structure.  (was pull-ahead feature in 124D release)

Fixed Legion tabards from their placeholder (PC) itemIDs.  Added final Legion raids.  Rewrote PvP timer code.  Initial  prep for Battle for Azeroth expansion.  Rewrote code for new version popup messages.   

Changed PLAYER_LEAVING_WORLD to PLAYER_LOGOUT instead, zone change events reverted to PLAYER_ENTERING_WORLD and  ZONE_CHANGED_NEW_AREA.  Vertical layout spacing changes to interface panels; still a WIP.  Rewrote setWatchedFactionById;  wasn't collapsing faction headers after expanding them.

Added final batch of Legion tababrds, added BfA initital zone & tabard data. Changed info frame internal locator from top  to bottom; moving or resizing now requires a shift key.  Panel size, location, & colors are now per user with fallback to  global or default.  Added '/tm info reset' feature and tooltip for info frame.

Minor changes to tmVersion handling.

Quick patch for UiMapID conversion, & C_EquipmentSet manager to accomodate client 80100 changes.  Had to disable weapon swaps if in combat for now.  Started converting old mapID (WorldMapAreaID) entries to UiMapIDs in tm_maps.
