Overlay changed to white as in the config options

Description
Places an overlay onto the minimap and world maps detailing what lumber is found in that zone.
Current for patch 11.2.7 but Midnight is just around teh corner.
Config, change colours, move and resize the font.
Default and Sexymap (i assume other minimaps, just let me know)
