• Fixed ping frame strata (TOOLTIP → HIGH) to prevent world map frame layout interference
• Fixed Lilian Voss — The Marshal's Grave: "Operation: Grave Digger" and "Operation: Water Wise" moved to optional and no longer block chapter entry; chains now start from the correct in-zone quest
