Story Mode

Why You Should Try It

• Classic stories feel like campaigns. Defias, Scarlet Crusade, Darrowshire, Onyxia, the Missing Diplomat, class quests, and smaller local tales are organized into readable chapters instead of loose quest breadcrumbs.
• One button finds the next step. If the quest is in your log, Story Mode opens it. If you need to pick it up, it tells you who to find and where. If you already finished it, it moves on.
• Built for story, not speedrunning. This is not an autopilot route. It preserves the game and gives the quests a clean table of contents.
• Character-aware from the start. Your class, race, faction, level, and client version decide what you see, so your journal stays relevant.
• Progress feels good. Chapter progress, full-story completion, achievements, reputation notes, and completion banners make long chains easier to return to.
• Works across clients. Classic Era, Burning Crusade Classic, and Retail are supported, with Classic/TBC-safe guidance where modern map tools do not exist.

Not A Quest Helper Replacement

Story Mode does not try to do everything. It is a story companion for curated quest chains. Use it when you want to know which adventure to follow next, where the next chapter begins, how much of the chain you have finished, and what the quests are building toward.
