[LOCALIZATION & BUG FIXES]
* Fixed all missing localization keys in both English (Default) and German:
  - Corrected ALL_BEASTS_COUNT and FRAME_TITLE across all UI modules.
  - Eliminated raw key fallback glitches on buttons and tooltips.
